Free buyer checklist

Before you order a home sauna.

Use these six checks to compare the full project. Keep the answers beside you when you open a product page.

  1. Measure the complete route.

Record the final footprint, ceiling height, door openings, turns and delivery access. Check clearances against the exact model instructions.

  2. Choose the heat type and regular user count.

Compare traditional and infrared based on the experience you want. Use interior and bench measurements as well as the advertised person count.

  3. Price the exact configuration.

Write down the selected size, heater, controls and accessories. Confirm what is included in the displayed starting price.

  4. Get installation costs before checkout.

Ask qualified installers about the selected heater's electrical requirements, foundation or pad, assembly and any required permissions. Do not use a generic specification for every sauna.

  5. Check delivery, returns and warranty.

Confirm lead time, curbside versus placement service, access requirements, return freight and what each warranty covers. Save the current merchant terms.

  6. Compare the total, then decide.

Add the product, delivery, installation and required extras. A lower advertised price is useful only if the finished project still fits your plan.
